BLOG: The rust is off and just like that we're off to our second track meet of the season. Coming off of last weeks Penn State Relays I felt like our team had a strong showing and showed a lot more confidence than this point last year. This weeks practice was a lot more upbeat and the team really seemed to be very dialed in spite of starting our first week of spring semester classes. Pre-meet preparation was capped off by a wonderful team dinner prepared by Rotelli's. It was great to sit down and eat with the team and coaches and take our mind off the meet for a while and really enjoy each other's company.
